THE MAIN BARN
The Main Barn is both imposing and efficient. It houses 15 stalls, two wash stalls plus tack rooms and storage areas. It’s often also used for weddings, benefits and parties. Upstairs there in an apartment with two bedrooms, each with a bathroom, and a kitchen. Also upstairs overlooking the paddocks is a large meeting room.
THE WORK SHED
The Work Shed that originally housed all of the equipment has been converted into 28 stalls – 11 outside with Nelson Automatic Waterers and 17 on the inside. The Work Shed supports two tack rooms and two feed rooms. The Work Shed offers four wash stalls. In terms of accommodations (accessed from the outside) there are two apartments, one with a twin bed and a trundle and the other with a Queen size bed. Both apartments have a bathroom with shower plus a kitchenette that includes a microwave and a small refrigerator.
THE KENNELS
The Kennels were originally used to house the hunting dogs, (the five apartments are named after some of the dogs that used to reside here).However the building was completely refurbished in 2013, and now features two-two bedroom apartments (each with a kitchen) and three one bedroom apartments (each with a microwave and small refrigerator). All rooms have an en suite bathroom. In addition – in the center of the building – there is a fully equipped common kitchen that offers laundry facilities – and the original tub for bathing dogs! All bedrooms are linked (via a corridor) each having a Stall and Storage Room. In addition, there is a large storage area.
East Barn
The East Barn houses 12 stalls equipped with Nelson Automatic Waterers. The exterior of the East Barn includes two wash stalls and two storage areas. The first-floor interior contains a tack room, a feed room, a bathroom with toilet and shower, and two additional wash stalls. Upstairs is the two-bedroom, one full bath Eden apartment, which comes with a living room and fully equipped kitchen.
Temporary Barn
These six temporary stalls are in close proximity to the Work Shed. They have their own wash stalls and tack room, and are used by winter boarders and horse show guests throughout the year.
Barns A through J
During Oktoberfest in 2018, we added 200 FEI Stalls (as used in the 2012 London Olympics). These state of the art, airy, light and well ventilated stalls are 12′ X 12′. Housed in ten banks of 20 they are convenient for both the Dressage Field and the Arenas. They have their own wash stalls.
