FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: STABLE VIEW TO HOST 2021 AND 2022 USEA AREA III CHAMPIONSHIPS

For the first time in over twenty years Aiken will be hosting the USEA Area III Championships. Previously held at Poplar Place and Chattahoochee Hills in Georgia, Stable View in Aiken, SC will be the destination for 2021 and 2022.
In terms of US Eventing, Area III comprises SC, TN, FL and GA. The Area III Championships are open to all Eventers with residence in the above referenced States with qualified horses competing at Intermediate, Preliminary, Modified, Training, Novice and Beginner Novice divisions. That qualification can have been achieved in another Area. Qualifying dates and placing to qualify are still to be decided.
The Area III Championships will be a part of the Stable View Summer Horse Trials, which will be held between June 25-27, 2021.
Sponsorship and further details will be announced over the next few months. All four of the Stable View Rider Lounges will be in use and it’s planned that there will be additional FEI stabling in place.
Cross country courses will be designed by Capt. Mark Phillips and Mogie Bearden-Muller. Course Building will be the responsibility of Eric Bull.
