Stable View comprises 1,000 acres of gently rolling countryside just outside of town. In its 7 years of business, Stable View has developed into an internationally acclaimed multi-discipline equestrian venue.
Bruce’s Field at the Aiken Horse Park is nestled in the heart of historic downtown Aiken. The AHPF was established in 2013 by the late R. Bruce Duchossois and received its IRS 501©3 tax exempt status in November 2014 with a mission to promote Aiken’s equestrian way of life and to encourage the community’s civic, educational, and charitable endeavors.
Both Stable View and the Aiken Horse Park Foundation recognize the importance of providing all-weather footing and quality infrastructure to today’s discerning exhibitors. Together they welcome the opportunity to offer competitors a reason to remain in Aiken this coming winter to compete at both of these premier equestrian facilities.
Upon finalizing plans for the series, Barry Olliff owner of Stable View acknowledged one of the objectives of these shows in saying “We believe that our dressage series will quickly become one of the preeminent dressage events on the calendar.” “Our collaborative efforts” added Tara Bostwick AHPF vice-president, “represent both organizations’ unified goal to promote Aiken as an equestrian destination and grow the equestrian community.”
