Stable View to Host Hunter Pace as part of Celebration Series
October 17th, 2018
In 2018, instead of a Hunter Trials, Stable View will host a Hunter Pace on December 1, 2018 that will be included in the Celebration Series put on by local hunts. There will be a First Flight division, Hill Topper Division, and Tailgater division. These paces are open to all riders from any discipline and points will be accumulated for final awards scheduled for the last Series Hunter Pace hosted by The Camden Hunt and sponsored by Oak Manor Saddlery.
The Hunter Pace course at Stable View will offer a variety of terrain and obstacles. The First Flight Division is fast pace and requires jumping with fences set up to 2’7″. For the Hilltopper Division, jumping is optional and mid-paced. The Tailgater Division is slow paced with mostly walking.
START TIMES: First Flight – 11:00AM, Hilltopper – 12:00PM, Tailgaters – 1:00PM
1st -6th Place Ribbons & Prizes sponsored by Aiken Saddlery awarded at each level.
There will also be an award given to the best turned-out team.
